Material Exploration

This idea applies to all the thoughts of which you are aware or become aware in the practice periods. The concept applies to all of them because they are not your real thoughts. We have made this distinction before and will again. You have yet to make a basis for comparison. When you do, you will have no doubt that what you once believed were your thoughts did not mean anything.

This is the second time we have used this kind of idea. The form is only slightly different. This time, the concept is introduced with “My thoughts” instead of “These thoughts,” and no link is made overtly with the things around you. The emphasis is now on the lack of reality of your thoughts.

This aspect of the correction process began with the idea that the thoughts you are aware of are meaningless, outside rather than within, and then stressed their past rather than present status. We are emphasizing that the presence of these “thoughts” means that you are not thinking. This is merely another way of repeating our earlier statement that your mind is really a blank. To recognize this is to recognize nothingness when you think you see it. As such, it is the prerequisite for vision.

Practice Material

  • Close your eyes for these exercises, and introduce them by repeating the idea for today quite slowly to yourself.

  • Repeat the phrase: “This idea will help release me from all that I now believe.”

  • The exercises consist, as before, of searching your mind for all the thoughts available to you without selection or judgment. Try to avoid classification of any kind.

Reflections on “My thoughts do not mean anything.”

  • I am individualized among billions of earthlings and the universal being and will never have the intent to be critically important.

  • My thoughts made by misperception might be nefast, and I am so aware of this.

  • I will recollect and recognize that I have to be constantly aware to return within and be centered, and no, it is no use to be continuously exposed to without self.

Escape From False Beliefs

When you start to question your beliefs and feel the pull to move forward and the feeling of rising within, allow yourself to dismiss old beliefs and old energy that reside within. Remember that this is a process of accurate perception rather than false belief, which means you might better learn to gain the vision, not merely perception that tends to be biased with old knowledge that you possess, and to avoid the fatality of misunderstanding. Ponder and contemplate what you want to achieve and commit to searching, listening, learning, and making positive and right-minded changes. Embrace the uncertainty of this process and trust that you are on the path toward greater self-awareness and personal growth.

One way to cultivate accurate perception is by actively seeking new experiences and perspectives. Be open to the universe around you, and remember that not all critics are black and want to harm you. Don’t be afraid to admit you don’t know what you do not know. Remember that true wisdom comes not from having all the answers but from recognizing what you don’t know and being willing to learn.

Another critical aspect of cultivating true perception is awareness of yourself, which consists of 4 bodies (Physical - emotional - mind - spiritual). Look closely when the dark (called illusion) or negative as well as limiting beliefs arise, and work to replace them with your new consciousness. You are a light, and darkness will dissolve when light is present. Everything you experience might be challenging at first, but with practice, you learn to cultivate a more straightforward knowing and wisdom through persistence.

Ultimately, escaping false beliefs requires letting go of old thinking and embracing new opportunities and possibilities. Remember that everything in the universe consists of the law of quantum. It is okay to let go of old beliefs and welcome new ones. Doing so will help you grow and become your best version.
